 |  | The planning and organization of training is the fundamental pillar of all process to improve climbing performance. It consists on the regulation of the training contents in accordance with the climber's training objectives and the specific training principles, determining the rational organization of training loads within a specific time frame. I can design a personalized and specific training program for you according to your objectives and particular necessities | Please feel free to contact me and you will receive in your email the next steps and a questionnaire to determine your climbing level, training background, and your objectives. Training plans have a minimum of four months; each Monday I send an individual training program via mail for that week, and with continuous contact (email, messenger, skype) I readapt the training as the climber do each workout sessions. |
